Best Buds on Blue...OR...Are They?

The 2 pelicans spent several minutes being very cordial to each other. Hmmmm...best friends...I was thinking. Maybe partners in pilfering, or soaring super-birds. Then, in an instant...it got ugly.

The big-beaked bird on the right went for a beak-ful of his buddies breast. Then, he took the other guys beak into his. Finally, the guy on the left had enough, and off he flew. See the ugly pictures in the Extras.
