Quite a spectacle.

We walked up to Stickle Tarn, which looked spectacular in places. The path wasn't too icy, if you took it with care, but there wasn't much of a view at the tarn (see extra); but who needs a view when you've got a flask of coffee and softly falling snowflakes?
