Back to Normal

Much of the snow thawed overnight but we can still see drifts across the fields behind our house. According to the local news, it will be a few days before the roads across Salisbury Plain will be clear. Not a problem for me but my sister works in Salisbury.

The Bath Half Marathon was cancelled. Florence's reason for coming home this weekend was to run it so she has booked the Hackney Half instead.    

So mild this morning that I put out the bird and squirrel food whilst still in my jim jams.

Myrtle was soon stuffing her face.
