Casualty!

Florence had a train to catch from Chippenham this morning. We could see why roads around the town were closed because there was still a vast amount of snow along some stretches of local country roads. Chippenham itself was pretty unscathed.

There were a couple of dented abandoned vehicles near Bromham and I happened upon this sad snowman.

Lots of work for Nigel today. He likes to jot down mobile numbers and e mail addresses incorrectly which makes my life tiresome.

It is cheap night at the local cinema (£4.50) so we are going to see The Shape of Water. Not because it won best film Oscar but just because it is on.

Talking of Oscars, Gary Oldman was introduced to Florence last year. She had no idea who he was; just some "old bloke". But she gets to meet lots of names and even I can't be bothered with any of it anymore.
