Saturday: A Slice Of Life

We headed back to Marguey Beach this morning - it's become our favourite as it offers such an amazing slice of life. I think that, in addition to us, there were only a couple of other non-Mexicans there.

We saw so much to interest us. Huge family groups of all generations playing ball in the water, people standing in a couple of inches of water with huge life vests on (I'm not sure what they thought was going to happen), granny being carried down the beach in a plastic chairs by sweating family members......it was wonderful.

We finished the day off at the pool and with dinner at the hotel. An evening dip in the pool rounded off a perfect day.
