Sunday: The Hanging Clog

It's been very quiet today without B and R. Wistful sigh........

We met up with H and J this morning to continue our alphabetical cuisine challenge. Today was 'D' so we went Dutch - at the 'Dutch Wooden Shoe Café' on Cambie. It was a great little hole in the wall place (with interesting decor), and a very long list of 'pannekoeken'. To recap, we have done:

A for Afghan
B for Burmese
C for Chindian

E is for K and I to sort out as we alternate.

The rest of the day was spent in pottering domesticity, just catching up with ourselves.

I've had a mild sniffle today so have been dosing myself up so that it doesn't become anything worse. Fingers crossed.
