Champagne on ice

The snow has begun to melt and slush has replaced it . It was very foggy this morning and the field opposite is once again swathed in a white fog. The temperature reached 2C today and the water in the chicken field was not frozen solid. Fingers crossed it will be warner tomorrow and life will regain some normality.

This blip, and also my extra, "Anyone for a cuppa" are my contributions to Admirer's Silly Saturday Challenge which is now entering it's 74th week. That is a great achievement and thanks to Admirer for continuing to inspire us to find strange and amusing blips.
