Life from city to village

Cold

There was a fair amount of drifting snow when I got into work today, and I had to go round the building removing some enormous icicles that would pose a danger to anyone walking beneath.

Not everyone made it in, but more than yesterday. The motorway being shut didn't help, and some of those who live further up the moor were still stranded. So I was trying to cover for some of those who hadn't been able to get to work.

Then it was picking my son up from the station; except his train was cancelled, then diverted, so its been a bit of a palaver, but he is home safe now.

The building is Acre House, where the finance team are based. To see the building in Autumn, Click here
