Baltic

Full house at home today while the Beast from the East stopped by and couldn't make it's mind up if it was staying or leaving or staying or leaving. The dog walk up the hill at lunch and teatime was Baltic with the windchill but worth it to feel that special chill on the cheeks and then rush back down for a massive cup of tea. Such a busy work day so the whole day went by in a (thunder snow) flash.

I'm loving the fact the schools have made the rare decision to announce really early tonight that they are closing again tomorrow, will save any fannying about in the morning waiting to hear if we have to attempt the 9 mile journey through the dodgy drifts. We don't, so we wont. So another busy work day in the freezing cold back room beckons, fuelled by copious cups o tea, bookended by frozen chubby cheeks and Baltic bum cheeks! Snow looks so pretty though.
