Gooseberry

What a wonderful day. I spent all day with Eco mum, we did some diy home stuff and went out to look at flooring. We were down at the shore and the sea was so calm it was eerie.

I am running down the freezer, so it is back to jam making. This is probably my favourite type, gooseberry. It is amazing that it will turn a dark red colour.
