Outside in, inside out

We left Pune this evening and are now at the swank Mumbai airport. Wednesday afternoon we'll be in Porto, Portugal.

This was the lock on our apartment door, and other doors in our building had these same bolts. We often wondered if any malicious pranksters ever locked someone in their house this way. Only once did I have to yell to Paul not to incarcerate me when he was leaving and under force of this new habit.

My time in Pune worked me from the outside and inside about equally, I'd say. I'm grateful for all the teachings and glad Paul was here with me. Now I get to enjoy the fruits of all of his travel planning.
