Frozen Cascade du Dar

..... on our way up in the shadow of Diablerets mountain to try to get to the sun this morning. Nuts, minus 20 when we set off! We all had more layers on going up than we usually have coming down. Even when we reached the sun 2 hours later it was impossible to reduce our "Michelin tyre" appearances. (Skiing down in extra.) Stayed in a hot bath for a long time when I got home. Great to see old friends though, adventures consolidate friendship.
