Comings And Goings

Or was it goings and comings?….which is a bit like my life just now…I went to Doncaster this morning to collect granddaughter from school and feed her and deliver her to afternoon nursery and now we are contemplating driving up to Darlington this evening so we are at MIL’s house when she arrives home from hospital tomorrow - no ETA as yet so we can’t take a chance on getting stuck in snow in the morning - so another early blip, just in case.

Spotted these footprints in the snow on the cycle path this morning - there was just a light sprinkling on the path - the grass and trees had a little more in the way of settling..see extra.

I have emergency beer, chocolate and wine to take with us….oh and a pizza.

Life at work was so simple - if predictable. Retirement not so….
