Mango And Coconut

Took Hubby to the train station this morning. He is going to Peterhead tomorrow to get onto a boat to sail into the north sea........in the coldest week this winter! Rather him than me.

Decided to bake some cookies in a bid to not buy extra snacks so, used a basic recipe and added dried mango and coconut. Mmmmmmm!

(Always important to taste them while still warm).

There has been snow flurries all day. Will the snowmageddon arrive?
