Mono Monday - 'On the Table'

These beautiful roses have sadly faded and are beginning to die, so I thought I would give them one last chance to shine before they were thrown away.  We had friends, P & L for dinner last week and they bought these yellow roses with them…as well as some chocolates.
We had a super evening with them, talking about all manner of things, including photography.  They are both excellent wildlife photographers and had been out all day lying in muddy fields photographing hares and as a result they had some stunning images which they shared with us.
