Low key

The weather over the last couple of days has been rubbish so much so I haven't taken my camera out at all ! 

Today I have had my final session with my tutor......we have covered quite a lot, played around with various types of photography, taken shots with all my lenses, which demonstrated to me clearly, the things that I hadn't quite got my head around in terms of focal length in particular. We did go out into the garden but it is very boggy and quite chilly...I was taking a shot with my wide angle and almost toppled over into the bird bath lol!

We also set up in the lounge so I could have a go at  low key image......todays blip is the outcome, which to be honest I really quite like :-} ive also tagged it for Markus Hedigers Experimental Challenge, Light & Shade, think,it might qualify ? :-/

I also did a final bit with Lightroom and am keen to try triptych and panorama options.  I already have a panoramic like image taken in Symi a couple of years ago that I am keen to put on canvas for above our bedhead. Think I now feel confident enough to have a go at editing it before having it printed :-)

Yesterday I went to the eye hospital with youngest, his pressures remain stable, so that is really pleasing. He is in a good place just now, post their house move, his wifes' job move and him winning his PIP appeal, so not surprisingly no stress headaches and DiLs eczema has calmed down massively too, happy days :-)

Hubs knee is causing him problems, different pain to usual, going to give it another week, if it doesn't settle down, it will have to be a visit to the Docs I think :-/
