Neil’s party

My friend Neil had his 70th birthday party tonight.  He hired a hall and invited all his musical friends to help celebrate.  As well as our band, he had people from Scotland, Cumbria and Cornwall come and play - some he’d know from school.  

There was chip van outside the hall (see extra) and a bar and buffet inside.  The evening started and finished with a ceilidh - and in between, we all played.

Anniemay was on photo duty and took some 300 plus images.

A wonderful evening - my few words and even fewer images cannot convey just how fabulous a night it was.  I have to rely on Anniemay to do that.
