Field trip

Accompanied Ethan and his class to the Maritime Museum in Astoria on a field trip today. What an exciting time it was! As a group activity they had to design and build an underwater robot that could fetch “canons” from the bottom of a pool - all that in about an hour. Later we learned about trading and bartering, and they got to practice that with one another. Ethan started with some “money “ and ended with fistfuls of candy, delighted with his trade.
