The University for the retired...

Joined a lecture at the "University" today. About 700 of us. A lecture about old medieval Oslo, Pompeii of the North. Not comparable to Pompeii, but Oslo was as Pompeii burried. Pompeii in lava from Vesuv, Oslo in earth to give agricultural land to a Viking king who burried the town and moved away some 3500 inhabitants. Interesting lecture. Happy I live today and not then. The extra is a fellow I saw in the city who tried to be friend with me.
