Dark Rose

We were up earlier today.....and after a bit of coughing initially didnt sleep too badly.

Our hairdresser was due at 9.15........whilst I was having my colour put on, hub popped out for his paper. He is limping a bit at the mo, his knee, which has been playing up from time to time over the last four or five years, has flared up over the last couple of days , hope it settles down before our couple of days away :-/ Hub had a trim whilst, then mine was cut and blow dried.

Its been another really cold day, sleety showers all morning, that have turned to rain now. We have had a really lazy day, I haven't stepped outside other than to empty the rubbish and throw away the hair trimmings, I hate not being able to get out.

Tuna and cucumber sandwich for lunch.......we are having a cheese and onion pasty followed by pancakes for dinner this evening as we didnt have them last night.

After we had been married for 20 years, hub and I agreed we would not do valentines cards anymore.....but he did buy me some lovely roses yesterday :-). This is not a very good shot of one of them :-/. I left it too late so not really enough daylight to show it off properly, I didnt want to use flash, so this is as good as its going to get today :-/
