Lone Rider

Slept like a log, woke up after ten hours sleep....feeling even more groggy than yesterday, with a banging head, not convinced that either of us have fully shaken off this lingering virus!!

After watching Elise get taken out again, in the speed skating we walked into town to get some air, albeit damp! Treated ourselves to coffee and lunch in the cafe, perked us up a little.

Spent the afternoon at home, keeping warm, its been freezing today.........surprisingly from mid afternoon the skies brightened massively, so a little jaunt out, just long enough to find myself this blip.

Been to nightschool whilst hub spent a few hours with daughter. Tutor there was pretty complimentary about Olivias portrait :-)
Had to scrape the ice off the windscreen when I left at 9.30..... it was already -1 degree!

Off to bed shortly, just managed to squeeze this in before midnight! Sorry not,
had chance to look at any journals today, will try and catch up.
