Romantic - not

I blipped this as I past the sweetie shop on my way home from the gym. No romantic gestures in our house. Mr C does not approve of commercialisation- the last time he bought me red roses was for my 21st birthday. HOWEVER - he did go to Lidl and buy some lighting which he has fitted above a dark worktop in the kitchen. I’m thrilled. It makes chopping things much safer.

A widowed friend has a birthday today so a few of her female friends are having a pizza and wine party for her tonight. I wonder how much pizza and red wine I can get for the 500 calories expended in the gym?

While I’m out partying Mr C will have some Kama Soupra i’ve Made for his tea.
