Fuerteventura windmill

After a morning spent wandering in Corralejo followed by a delightful lunch we set off in the car to explore some of the North of the island,
I spied this windmill as a potential blip on our way back from Cotillo and turned off up the dirt road leading to it.
The locals tell us that the island has just experienced an unusually long spell of poor weather with rain each day but we appear to have struck lucky as the sun has shone and the temperature has been very acceptable and is set to improve more as the week goes on.
