Isle of Eriska

Today we have arrived at the beautiful little Island called Eriska not far from Oban on the West Coast of Scotland and for once we seem to have found the sunniest part of UK although we left home in miserable weather.

We have joined our good friends D & L - a surprise for L set up by her husband D- in the lovely Isle of Eriska hotel renowned for its fine dining and we can certainly vouch for that this evening.

I am looking forward to exploring the island and hopefully getting a game of golf in this most scenic spot - just hope it stays dry and sunny and we can put up with the chilly Scandinavian wind.
