A lovely day. I walked Dog along the seafront, on the green this morning and did a couple of miles rather than ball throwing on the beach. FaceTime with both granddaughters at different times, but good fun.

Did the ironing, made two more batches of soup, mushroom and spicy winter vegetable.

Cooked a roast dinner. Diet went into total meltdown as I did three courses as Alf was coming. he thoroughly enjoyed it and ate everything. He is amazing, in his eighties and maintaining the gardens at the railways stations on the RHDR as a volunteer.
