Bouncing Bomb
I couldn't not post this photo from yesterday. One of my favourite films growing up was The Dambusters, along with Reach for the Sky, 633 Squadron and other similar films. My dad was in the RAF during the war, so I guess some of his plane passion passed on to me.
The bomb is in poor shape physically but still fabulous to see.
Today a trip to Folkestone, the first time in many years, despite being only a 30 minute drive from us now! Strolled round the town in the grey wet mist of February before doing the supermarket shop and back home to a warm through.
