Happy Birthday to me...

It's my birthday. Well it was. And I had a splendid day!

Cards and pressies in bed with the kids. Bacon sarnie for breakfast. Cheeky Killigrew with Ben and ClareClare. Blood tests. Shopping for bits for the fire as birthday presents. Sexy haircut at Blackdog. Lunch with Ben and Red. Cake with the children. RNA Trafalgar Day dinner with MickeyJohn, ClareClare and a host of lovely people.

The blip is of the chocolates that were waiting at my place, the cake that was brought out to a chorus of happy birthday and my TWO tots of rum (extra for being the birthday girl). I later won a bottle of champagne and was given a crate of John Smiths!

I think tomorrow shall mostly be spent as quietly as possible...
