Paradise

Today we had an early start again! We got picked up at 8 to take us to the port to get a speed boat to see some of the islands.

The speed boat was fine to start with until it got out into the open and we were sat at the front which lifts out the water and smashes back down on to the sea! I got thrown out my seat cup of water went flying out my hand and came down with a thud! The lady moved me to the back then because you don’t feel it as much! It was better but she also put the seasick people at the back!

First stop was for some snorkelling at Phi Phi Don I’m not really one for snorkelling not keen on things swimming by me but the water was so clear so I had a go and the fish were really pretty colours! Back on the boat and the next stop was Monkey beach you can’t get off the boat as they are wild they may attack you but got some good pics of them. We carried on and stopped at a secluded beach with a restaurant for lunch it was a lovely setting. I was too scared to eat much with how bumpy the speedboat was!

We then got back on the boat and went past the Viking cave it’s protected now so no one can go In there any more this is due to endangered birds nesting in there. The boat then pulled into the blue lagoon the water was amazing you could see straight to the bottom.

We then carried our journey to Phi Phi Leh and visited the famous Maya Bay this is where the film the beach was set. It was breath taking, we had an hour here but I just didn’t want to leave the sand was like powder the sea turquoise and not a cloud in the sky this made today’s picture but it was very hard to decide as we’d seen so many amazing places.

We were then back on the boat to Kahi island this was about 45 min ride away I even managed to fall asleep this time as I was at the back so didn’t keep getting thrown in the air.

Kahi island was fab it’s a tiny island we literally walked around the whole thing within 20 minutes but it had loads of cool little beach bar huts and the seafood they were cooking looked amazing! We had a cocktail in a pineapple a holiday must! Then it was back on the boat to get back to Phuket.

Tonight we went back to the same restaurant as last night as it was so good and I was eyeing up the jumbo king prawns the night before so this is what I ordered you have to go up and choose them and they then bbq them. Have to say they were delicious! We went for a few drinks after played some more games in the bars!

Getting sad that we only have one more day left here!
