Food, Travel and Whimsey

Tonight's dinner was:

Salmon fillet with a spinach, watercress and rocket risotto and a prosciutto crisp.
I don't often cook cheffy food at home but sometimes I just like to see if I still can.
And to fair this is very cheffy with a tower of risotto and it curved crisp of prosciutto.
There was actually a lot more of the risotto but it would have ruined the aesthetic of the plate (kidding).
So when I was done photographing my food I piled the rest on and tucked in.
