Nippy

Had to be up early to drive Mr H up to Perth for an interview (his knee still precludes driving, it seems). While he was immured in Huntingtower Castle I repaired to a nearby Dobbies and viewed the merchandise - I was much taken by the very bold robin that was helping itself to some spilt seed beside the birdfood display (this was in the centre of the building, past two sets of sliding doors)!

After I'd collected D again we headed home, stopping off at Vane Farm reserve to see if there were any birds about. Lots of geese, whooper swans, and a solitary egret. Gosh, it was very nippy about the extremities.

Edit: this was looking across from the Vane farm hides in an approx westerly direction - that hill is probably an Ochil.
