...at the hand of ?? Can't quite make it out. I took a shortcut through the car park of the building we used to live in and noticed the inscription in the cement - those tank traps were installed in about fifteen years ago.

Elsewhere in the same cement someone else inscribed "Pars" - wonder who? ;-)
