Borscht

Escaped my humdrum day briefly this afternoon, and ended up at the harbour again.

As usual, a good place to watch the world go by for a few moments.

It has been a dull, grey day but brightened by the knowledge that I'm off to Bavaria again next week and that the weekend is upon us.

By this time of year almost as many boats are parked on the quayside as are in the water. Two guys were working on the green one, but it looks like it would stay in the water all winter. Maybe they were just getting it shipshape for winter.

Right! Off to try a new borscht recipe which I picked up on Blipfoto. Strange but true.
