Lumberjill

We woke up to a light covering of snow but beautiful sunshine and blue sky. The highlight was a blipmeet with nell2803 at The Lodge near Aberfoyle, with the obligatory coffees and cake and nonstop chat.

Afterwards we had a wander in the grounds, where nell showed me the statue above, dedicated to the 'Lumberjills', the members of the Women's Timber Corps, who played an important part during the Second World War.

Looking forward to our next blipmeet already...
