Eviction, Greed, Corruption

Whilst on holiday I received some shocking news. The corrupt forestry official in charge of our National Park has convinced the military of defence that we are a security threat and we have been inssued with an eviction notice. Once we are removed from the park it is believed an 'ecolodge' and amusement park will be built by a company that his daughter is part owner of. I've never before experienced so much greed and corruption!

After years of trauma from being locked up in small cages and milked for their bile, our bears are now enjoying dens, enclosures and friends to play with. But they will be forced to return to cages to be relocated and this will have huge detrimental imacts on their mental and physical health. We have also had to face the harsh reality that we can no longer rescue any more bears still in farms as our future is so uncertain.

I'd like to ask all those who view this image, read my journal and enjoy my bear blips to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help us by signing the online petition and by emailing the prime minister of Vietnam to have this decision overturned. This is one situation where we hope that people really CAN make a difference - the more international support we have the better! Also spread the word to as many as you can.
