Another day, another disaster

Just before heading off to Seneca College to teach tonight, there was a river behind my car. A water main had broken and was flooding the street to the drain downhill. When I came home, this is what I saw. Repairs were well underway but the water has been off for hours. Ugh. This townhouse complex has one damned problem after another. It never seems to end. Grrrrrrr.
