Dressed for the camera?

Neighbour and John have been cutting back hazel along the burn, long overdue with piles to be moved up to the woodshed. Continuing along the burn they have moved into no mans land and come across some old hazel and beech trees (they believe could be around 100 years old) and a couple poplar. This area floods at times, they are going to try and clear more hazel trees, not the old one, and re establish the original race under this beech.

The beech has part of an old wellie caught near the base, and Johns interesting pose? He’s pouring coffee, my reason for visiting them.
