Broken.....

Another slittery day with sleet/ rain/ snow throughout the day. Think your blood gets thinner with age cos I couldn't get warm all day.
Was loading silage into the spreader when one of the tines in the shear grab went ping- they go off with a fair crack. Once I'd dug out the broken bit ,before it went out through the back of the spreader causing more damage, I managed to fined a new one squirrelled away in the back of a shed. After a lot of oil, swearing and a big socket set and bar, soon had it fitted. Will now need to order a spare tine- more expense !
