Rough As A ....

....Robbers Dog as they say in the Navy.
I went to work only because some of us have this inbuilt “don’t let people down” gene or possibly just the urge to ‘spread the love’.
I came home to soup, paracetamol and an early night.

Looking at one of yesterday’s photos, posted today, makes me feel a little better though.
