Painful

Lots of bending and stretching, 2 trips to the dump and 2 dog walks have really taken their toll on my back today - to the extent that I still have a display cabinet in my car because I cannot face doing anything more. But I will have to take it out tomorrow to make room for loads of stuff that is heading for the charity shops........and the dump.
