no epics today...im all wrote out !! first day off yesterday went as quiet as a church mouse wearing fluffy slippers. done another half marathon on the concept two rower.. my 20th ...yaaaaay .an hour and thirty five minutes on hard plastic s a bit had to stomach though ...other than that ,,,just a chillin day...chillin...had a nite on the sofa watching the film Tombstone with kurt russell and val kilmer ..brill film .in my top 5 films.. coupled with the fact that weve been to tombstone a couple of times..its surprising how the film "feels" like the real place , or vice versa !! and boot hill really does exist , does give me the hankering to go back there in febuary when we go to california...just sneak over the state boundary into arizona.. love that corner of the states ... happy days planning a trip let alone doing it.. day seventeen of the breast cancer awareness challenge.. still think im in the pink !!
