A Sunday Afternoon at Home

....  all day in fact.  Unlike Tony Hancock's  Sunday afternoon - perhaps the greatest of the Hancock's Half Hours - mine passed all too quickly in the sunshine.  Almost spring-like with the warmth.  Crocuses aplenty today as they surge into flower.  Here, one of my favs, is Crocus orphei from Greece.

With the crocuses in the sunshine this morning.  Tidying and weeding followed by seed planting this afternoon.  Fab home-made chicken pie for lunch and a tv supper with J&J tonight.  A good day :-)
