Exercise
I bought an exercise back in September just as the 5x50 challenge came to my attention.
I'm so glad I signed up for it as it has kept me motivated to exercise every day so that now I am in the habit and will be able to continue after the challenge ends on the 28th.
Knocking out 5k on my bike is just something I need to do each day, a bit like blip but with different motivations and results.
The good thing with being off is I can get my exercise in early and today I went swimming in the afternoon so added an extra kilometre of granny style breast stroke. My arms ache but it was worth it!
