The views are to the east in a sunny location. The wooden timbered building has a small surrounding garden with attendant gnomes. It is unfurnished at present but there is an ample supply of soft furnishings including leaves and twigs on the ground. The neighbours are agreeable with no marauding cats, although the squirrels could be a nuisance.
