Drying out.

The fish that is,not me! We cycled along the coast to the nearby fishing village where the main catch of small fish are spread out to dry in the sun.It's quite pungent! Other larger fish are semi sliced and hung up to dry(see extra) We had some very good barracuda and squid at little roadside restaurant so evidently some fish are sold fresh.
