Beware

Sunny, calm, mild... tempted me and a friend out for a walk along the shore.

Took this shortly before a slipped on the wet rocks, went down hard and broke my arm!

Thankfully my friend improvised a sling from my scarf and helped me back to the car and then to A&E, she was great in a crisis.

The staff at the hospital were fantastic. Did a brilliant job of putting things back to the correct angles and took great care of me and the family.

Watch out for sunny days and slippy rocks!
