Birthday delights

What a wonderful way to spend a birthday - skiing in the Alps, with fresh snow falling.

It was glorious, and we only came down when visibility was so bad, we were skiing into the unknown and unseen.

But then, sitting outside in the snow, snacking and having a drink, in such an amazing place - well, how cool is that?

The snow is still falling, and sunshine is predicted tomorrow, so our last day here, which happens to also be our 22nd wedding anniversary, should be a corker. :-)


I need to add though, that although this wouldn’t be possible with the kids, I really really miss them .... It’s weird having a birthday and wedding anniversary without them.
