The Big Cheese

Spotted this big cheese in a cheese shop in Carcassonne. France is the country of 248 cheeses, so they say, and I've sampled quite a few.

Today I read cow's cheese should smell of cow, goat's cheese of goat,and if they have a whiff of sh*t then all the better.

Certainly, the riper they are the more they seem to like them.
