Chocolate and cherries

We saw a few minutes of sunshine today, but that was all. It was quite warm and cloudy for the rest of the day, so I went out and pruned the pear trees.
We're trying to empty the freezers, so this evening, for dessert (which we don't usually have!) we had cherries from the garden, picked by me last summer, soaked in cherry liqueur with chocolate ice cream. Delish!
