A long-lasting bouquet

On occasion Mr hazelh presents me with a bouquet of flowers. One such occasion was last Wednesday. This bouquet has lasted well.

I continued work on my journal paper manuscript until mid-afternoon, then switched tasks to review work by my colleagues.

I am not meant to be working today. However it's probably a good thing that I checked my colleagues' work this afternoon. There is still time for them to act on my feedback prior to this Thursday's deadline...

Exercise today: 3 mile run in 37'20" (6,821 steps, including run).
