Our Daily Bread

Since I first discovered it about a month ago, this cheddar and sun-dried tomato bread has become a firm favourite in our house, so am baking another loaf today. Good crust, good texture, great taste. It rises really well, which also makes it quite photogenic for photographing! I've gone for the 'split tin' look this time.
